Luke Atticus Kennard is the brains behind Absolute Foresight. His professional background started in 2015 while working in the energy sector designing solar systems for residential and commercial properties. Luke worked while he was attending flight school at Utah Valley University. Being on the design team for various solar companies gave Luke experience working with city permitting offices and ensuring compliance to local codes and regulations.
While in school, Luke was invited to become a University Innovation Fellow to represent UVU for an international community at Standford University. Luke and other fellows from UVU were instructed in design thinking at the d.school and at the Google campus. Through this experience Luke learned how to have empathy for customers and gained creative problem solving skills for complex multi-faceted issues. He then took this skill set back to UVU and lead a team to virtually map the Fullton Library and the UVU Automotive School to help present UVU in a way to prospective students that has never been done before.
Luke received his private pilot certificate in 2017 and switched industries to work with unmanned aircraft (drones). Luke spent 2 years working on the quality assurance team at Loveland Innovations conducting 2750+ unmanned aircraft property inspections using the IMGING software.
In 2019 he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Technology Management from UVU. He saw a market need for an inhouse network of remote pilots and was granted the opportunity from the executive team to start the Loveland Innovations Services Network (LISN). From 2018-2021 Luke worked with business development, product, sales, and outside vendors to create a seamless onboarding process for drone pilots. He also ensured that all drone pilots in the network delivered quality results for the remote property inspections that they conducted. Luke took the LISN from 0 pilots to 435+ pilots before he left to pursue real estate full time. While at Loveland Innovations Luke learned the importance of quality work, effective team leadership, project development, business development, and a whole ton of information on inspecting properties.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, Luke was looking for a better way to earn an income that would give him more time to spend with the ones he loved. This is when we met Nate Lambert and was introduced to real estate investing. Luke took a leap of faith, dove into the local community of real estate investors and resources. He has become a contributor to the local community and gives back by helping others learn and get started with real estate investing. He became part of Nate Lambert’s professional investing team in 2021. Since his start in real estate Luke has worked on residential fix n flips and short term rentals. Luke has raised capital for various projects. He has been a limited partner on a land development deal in Morgan, UT and a general partner on commercial development projects.
In 2021, Luke was approached by Cole Abbott (CEO of ESTOKEN) to become the Head of Real Estate Engagement and Business Development at ESTOKEN. Luke has led the charge in helping commercial real estate sponsors find the solutions they need to be able to tokenize their real estate projects and eventually allow liquidity for their investors. He has personally committed $579.4M in letters of intent from sponsors to tokenize their real estate on the platform at launch.
As of September 2022 Luke stepped away from ESTOKEN to focus 100% on building out Absolute Foresight Enterprises, LLC. This business is the embodiment of the ideals and principles that Luke wants to impress upon the world. Creating a system for growing wealth in real estate for generations to come.
