This project is a 62 acre parcel just east of Bryce Canyon National Park, which receives over 2 million visits annually. 

This project is currently only in the concept phase. It may be affordable housing for retirees or workforce housing. Because of its proximity to Bryce Canyon this would be a prime location for short term rentals.
