Project 8 – Oquirrh Point *In Progress*

Oquirrh Point is a ~360 acre development featuring ~1,260 residential units, ~38 acres of commercial pads, ~31 acres of public/civic/religious sites, and ~95 acres of open space. 

Absolute Foresight Enterprises provided in depth and comprehensive market analysis for the funding of this endeavor. The analysis showed the strength of this project compared to the surrounding projects in Tooele Valley. It also compared the products in Oquirrh Point to similar products along the Wasatch Front. Our market analysis was used as the basis of key decisions to move forward and fund this project.
